Minimum order
Bulk ingredients from 100 kg per grade. Finished goods from 2,000 units per SKU. A new printed pouch or carton raises the minimum because of the print run — we will confirm the real number for your SKU.
Samples
Samples can be arranged before you commit to a production order. Stock grades ship quickly; a new formulation is sampled at the pilot stage so you approve the taste, colour and dissolution behaviour first.

Can you work to our own recipe?
Yes. Bring the formulation and we will run a trial batch, verify it on the line and confirm the parameters. If the recipe does not survive the process route you have in mind, we will say so at the sampling stage rather than after production.
What is the real lead time?
A stock product with existing artwork is the fast case. A new formulation plus new printed packing material is not, because the print run and the sample approval both sit on the critical path. We give you the schedule broken into stages so you can see which one you are waiting on.
Do you supply certificates for our market?
Yes — ISO, HACCP, GMP, Halal, organic and the FDA documents, issued to your project with scope and validity dates. Check the scope carefully: facility registration and product certification are not the same thing, and we will tell you which applies to your SKU.
Can we start small?
You can. The minimum is set by the pack format more than by the powder, so a first order in a stock jar or pouch can be far smaller than a first order with new printed material. Many customers start with a pilot run and scale once the market responds.
Who owns the formulation?
You do, when it is developed for you. It is covered by a confidentiality agreement before formulation work starts and it is neither reused for another customer nor listed as a stock item.
Do you ship to our country?
We handle export documentation and can quote EXW, FOB or CIF. Import duties, destination clearance and local labelling compliance sit on the importing side — we will provide the documents your importer needs, but we do not advise on another country's regulations.
